TEPA Partners with Caribbean Export again
TEPA is working towards the training of country advisors to assist with the application process of Caribbean Export’s Direct Assistance Grant Scheme. A one day workshop was held at our offices for a select group who will form the core of country advisors. They will be on hand at the Department of Commerce and TEPA to help businesses who qualify to apply for the grant to submit good proposals and particularly during the reimbursement phase.
Intellectual Property! Very timely workshop
Intellectual property is traditionally comprised of four categories: patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secrets. It is unlike those tangible creations we see all around us even while these very tangibles were once and to some extent themselves remain intellectual property. IP is important to our MSMEs because it represents an untapped avenue for financial gains from an intangible asset which a business owns. See what some attendees at a recently held IP workshop had to say about the content of the days proceedings.
